Ingredients

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • Mixed berries of your choice, fresh or frozen
  • Water or plant based milk of your choice
  • Hemp seeds or chia seeds

Method

    Step

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, we use a Nutribullet for all our smoothies. We love to add chia seeds for an extra boost. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.


    Step

  2. Serve in your favourite glass!
