About as far away from soggy boiled sprouts on your Sunday roast as you can get… these cheesy Brussels are oozing with cheesy veggie goodness!

Step
Preheat oven to 200C. Lined a large baking sheets with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Step
Add the olive oil, garlic and seasoning to a large bowl and toss the Brussels sprouts in there. Get rid of any loose leaves.
Step
Place the sprouts cut side down into the baking sheets and sprinkle the sliced onions over them .
Step
Roast in oven for 15 mins . Remove from oven , make sure sprouts as all close together as will shrink , and sprinkle cheese on top , return to oven for 5 mins until golden brown on top.
Step
Sprinkle with chilli flakes (optional)
