Tropical Fruit & Green Goodness Smoothie

A beautifully balanced smoothie: sweet tropical fruity flavours combine with the nutritious green vegetables our bodies crave.

Ingredients

  • Frozen pineapple & mango mix. Or similar (papaya or kiwi work wonderfully too)
  • Spinach, fresh or frozen
  • Red Russian kale (or other leafy greens work well too)
  • Water or plant based milk of your choice
  • 1 tsp maca root powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp flaxseed (optional)

Method

    Step

  1. Add the fruit mix to fill half the space of your chosen blender or processor. Add other ingredients up to the fill line. Add your water or plant based milk to the level that best suits your taste.

  2. We love to add maca powder to this recipe for the flavour and nutritional benefits. We use a Nutribullet for all our smoothies. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency.

  3. Serve in your favourite glass!
