Our Award Winning take on this iconic ferment is fresh, tangy and slightly spicy with warming notes of ginger and garlic and a little umami from a blend of Organic Cornish Seaweed.
Winning Gold in the Taste of the West Awards for 2022 AND 2023, this Kimchi adds a lovely ‘zing’ to any stir fry and works amazingly well with cheese- try a Kim-Cheese Toastie with either Smoked Applewood vegan or dairy cheese… you won’t be disappointed!
Ingredients: White Cabbage, Carrot, Spring Onion, Radish, Garlic, Ginger, Gochugaru Powder (Korean Red Pepper), Cornish Seaweed (dulce, sea spaghetti, kelp), Cornish Sea Salt.

Our deadline for last orders for Christmas food boxes is midnight on Tuesday 17th December.
Deliveries and Collections:
Deliveries for Christmas week will take place on Sunday 22nd or Monday 23rd December. Our Truro / Falmouth / Helston route will take place on the Sunday and we will deliver to St Ives / Hayle / Camborne on the Monday.

Some fresh produce items may become unavailable between your order date and your Christmas delivery day. Therefore please only select fresh fruit and veg which is listed with a ‘Christmas’ tab. If in doubt, choose from fresh fruit & veg items on the Christmas page in our shop.
