A little about this box...

Our Seasonal Fruit Box changes with the seasons, depending on what’s available from ourselves and other growers we know and trust.

Expect seasonal favourites as soon as they are available! Cornish strawberries and gooseberries in May, raspberries in autumn and you may even be treated to Cornish lemons when they’re in season too – watch this space!

We strive to always grow and source our produce locally and organically. Not all of the fruit contained in our boxes is grown in the UK. Therefore we source our produce from growers we trust, such as small organic co-operatives in Europe, and our bananas are organic and Fairtrade certified.

Box contents are updated weekly and are subject to change, dependent on availability.

Allergens

All produce in our veg boxes are handled in an open environment. We therefore cannot guarantee our boxes are free from allergens. This includes celery which may feature when in season, and mustards which can feature in our mixed salad bags.

Delivery Options

Wednesdays

Truro, Falmouth, Helston and surrounding areas.
Order by midnight Monday for Wednesday delivery.

 

Thursdays

Hayle, St Ives, Camborne & Redruth and surrounding areas.
Order by midnight Tuesday for Thursday delivery.

 

Christmas Deliveries

Ordering information:

Our deadline for last orders for Christmas food boxes is midnight on Tuesday 17th December.

 

Deliveries and Collections:

Deliveries for Christmas week will take place on Sunday 22nd or Monday 23rd December. Our Truro / Falmouth / Helston route will take place on the Sunday and we will deliver to St Ives / Hayle / Camborne on the Monday.

If you would like to collect your Christmas food box  please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange a suitable time.

When shopping for your Christmas food box from Herland Roots you can select any item across our online shop, with one exception…

Some fresh produce items may become unavailable between your order date and your Christmas delivery day. Therefore please only select fresh fruit and veg which is listed with a ‘Christmas’ tab. If in doubt, choose from fresh fruit & veg items on the Christmas page in our shop.
