A little about this box...
Our most popular box, but grande! A changing supply of what’s in season, freshly grown by ourselves and supplemented by other trusted local and organic growers.
You’ll get staples such as carrots and onions on a regular basis, and a highly nutritious & flavourful salad bag grown by us. We’ll always try and include a leafy green such as spinach or kale and we love showcasing our nutrient-dense microgreens such as pea shoots or sunflower and radish shoots.
We’ll try and show off our seasonal favourites as soon as they’re available – think asparagus in April, sugar snap peas in May and summer squash in June.
We strive to always grow and source our produce locally and organically.
Our produce is delivered to you fresh from the farm and therefore we recommend you wash before use.
Box contents are updated weekly and are subject to change, dependent on availability.

Allergens
All produce in our veg boxes are handled in an open environment. We therefore cannot guarantee our boxes are free from allergens. This includes celery which may feature when in season, and mustards which can feature in our mixed salad bags.

Wednesdays
Truro, Falmouth, Helston and surrounding areas.
Order by 9pm Monday for Wednesday delivery.
Thursdays
Hayle, St Ives, Camborne & Redruth and surrounding areas.
Order by 9pm Monday for Thursday delivery.
Throughout March ALL ORDERS will be delivered on Wednesdays.
